Return Exceptions

Our Online Return Policy does not apply to all items.

Exceptions to our Online Return Policy are as follows:

  • Saddles - Saddles sent back for reasons other than a manufacturers defect must be in new condition. Sweat marks, girthing marks, horse hair or marked in any manner may result in the refusal of the return or the addition of a restocking fee. This is at the discretion of Tack N' Bark. If a saddle is damaged, we reserve the right to either repair or replace the saddle. If we feel the saddle was damaged due to neglect or mistreatment a credit will not be issued and your saddle will be returned to you.
  • Horse and Dog Blankets and Sheets - Blankets and Sheets sent back for reasons other than a manufacturers defect must be in new condition. Sweat marks, horse or dog hair or marked in any manner may result in the refusal of the return or the addition of a restocking fee. This is at the discretion of Tack N' Bark. If a blanket and/or sheet is damaged, we reserve the right to either repair or replace the blanket and/or sheets. If we feel the blanket and/or sheets was damaged due to neglect or mistreatment a credit will not be issued and your blanket and/or sheets will be returned to you.
  • Bits - for the health and safety of horse and to prevent any transferable diseases, all Bits sales are final.
  • Helmets and Boots - for hygienic and safety reasons, all helmets and boots must have the original tags and hygienic liners intact and must be free of any defect, damage and must not be marked in any manner to be eligible for a return.
  • Undergarments, Socks, Base Layers and Bra Tops - for hygienic reasons, all undergarments, socks, base layers and bra tops must have the original tags and hygienic liners intact to be eligible for a return.
  • Mouth Guards and Jock Straps - for hygienic reasons, all sales are final for mouth guards and jock straps.
  • Supplements, Wormers and/or any Ingestible Products - for health and safety reasons, all sales are final for Supplements, Wormers and/or any Ingestible Products.
  • Customized/Personalized Products, Limited Edition Items, Books and Autographed Collectibles - all sales are final for these items and they cannot be returned.
  • Gift Cards or Store Credit- cannot be returned or exchanged, all sales and transactions are final.
  • Seasonal or Discontinued Products - cannot be returned or exchanged, all sales and transactions are final.
  • All software and electronic media products - must be returned unopened to be eligible for a return.
  • Subscription Box - for health and safety reasons, all sales are final for any and all Subscription Box.
