(Note: There is a Top and Bottom measurement – Be sure to measure the circumference of both areas and match those to the size chart above). Each brace has a spandex ingredient, therefore, it is stretchy. If your measurements are hovering between sizes: For more compression, choose the smaller size. For less compression, choose the larger size.
